The Chair for the History of Early Modern Art invites applications for a position at the rank of Assistant (non-tenure-track, full-time or part-time). According to the guidelines of the University of Zurich the three-year fixed-term contract can be renewed for an additional three years.
The employment will begin at the earliest possible date. A Master of Arts’
or Ph.D. degree in Art History is required.
Candidates are invited to submit a letter of intent, a detailed curriculum vitae, copies of their degrees, a summary of their research projects, and writing samples as PDF by e-mail to the address below, by 22 February 2009.

Am Lehrstuhl für Kunstgeschichte der Neuzeit ist eine Assistenz als Teil- oder Vollzeitstelle ausgeschrieben. Die Anstellung gemäss den Richtlinien der Universität Zürich ist auf drei Jahre befristet und auf maximal sechs Jahre verlängerbar. Der Stellenantritt erfolgt zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt. Voraussetzung ist ein Lizenziat, Master of Arts oder Doktorat in Kunstgeschichte. Kandidierende sind aufgefordert, bis zum 22.
