Part-time Departmental Lecturer in Early Medieval History

Applications are invited for a one-year, fixed-term, part-time (50%) Departmental Lecturership in Early Medieval History in the Faculty of History, in association with non-stipendiary one-year Lecturerships at Balliol and Brasenose Colleges, tenable from 1 October 2012.
The appointment is to fulfil teaching needs in medieval history for the faculty and the colleges. This is a recent arrangement and will be reviewed before the end of the second term of the 2012-13 academic year. Depending on the outcome of that review, it is possible that this appointment may be extended beyond the initial term of one year.
