Thank you for the comment. Some sessions have provided full information in their advertisement, some – like the session you were asking about – haven’t. I am afraid this is down to the individual session organisers, to whom devolves all responsibility for inconsistency, non-total-clarity, and incoherence.
However: this matter is in fact dealt with at the very start of the cumulative post above:

If you are interested in proposing a session, through one of the topical networks: please see page of ESSHC Networks and Network Chairs – thence, either click on a network’s CFP (if available) and proceed from there; or (if there isn’t one) contact the network chair by email.

Thank you for your comment. Please contact the trust directly: it is their grant programme, and it is with them that you should correspond. I.e. not the FMRSI: this is not our grants programme – not being what the Forum does. Both these facts should be perfectly clear from a more careful reading of the original post and the Forum home page.

The FMRSI is not organising the conference, I’m afraid, so we are the wrong people to ask! My apologies for the inconvenience; it is an unfortunate fact of life that some conferences provide more information in their preliminary stages than do others, and that the manner of presenting such information may be highly variable.
