Lecturer in Medieval History,
Department of History and Archaeology,
University of Chester. 

£31,331- £34,223 per annum.

Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer in Medieval History.  The post is tenable from 1 September 2013.

Candidates are sought to teach undergraduate modules in the history of medieval Britain and/or Europe in the early to high Middle Ages as well as to contribute their subject specialism to the MA in Military History and to the MRes in History. At both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, candidates will be required to supervise dissertations.

Candidates should have completed a doctorate and have a record of appropriate teaching experience in Higher Education.  Candidates should also have an active research record supported by publications or have demonstrable potential to develop such a record.
