As Dean of School you will drive the School’s strategic direction, building on the existing reputation for excellence. Your first-class leadership skills and capacity for fresh ideas will fuel new developments. You’ll be acting as an ambassador for the School, both internally and externally, and will need to be an outstanding communicator. As a member of the University’s Senior Management Team you’ll also be contributing to the strategic progression and academic innovation of the wider University. With an outstanding academic record of achievement at professorial level, strategic HE management experience and expertise in managing people and course development as well as budgets, you’ll be well informed on issues relating to higher education.
