ISAS New Voices Sessions at the 2014 Leeds International Medieval Congress

The International Society of Anglo-Saxonists invites submissions for papers for its ‘New Voices in Anglo-Saxon Studies’ Sessions at the 2014 International Medieval Congress in Leeds (7-10 July). The New Voices sessions are intended for all scholars new to the field of Anglo-Saxon Studies, including research students, newly-appointed lecturers and anyone who has only recently begun to work in this area. Papers can be on any aspect of the Anglo-Saxon period and submissions are particularly welcome on the Congress’s 2014 theme which is ‘Empire’. For further details, please see here:

Proposals should be sent by email attachment to Dr Peter Darby, University of Nottingham, by 15 September — p.n.darby@gmail.com

Submissions should include paper title, an abstract outlining the subject of the paper of no more than 250 words, and details of your affiliation and contact addresses.
