Applications are invited for the full-time permanent post of Professor of Early and Medieval Irish to provide strong leadership of the discipline in the School of Irish Learning at UCC. The department has a long and distinguished tradition of excellence in research and teaching and the successful appointee will be expected to build on this tradition. The successful candidate will have a doctorate, a publications record of international standing and a proven track record in teaching and research.

The salary scale (new entrants) for this post is: Professor: €106,516 – €136,277 per annum.
