First lecture: ‘Living in eleventh-century Dublin’
The first lecture in the 2014 ‘Living and dying in a medieval city: Dublin in the age of Clontarf’ lecture series will be given by Emer Purcell on Tuesday 10 June at 1.05 pm in the Wood Quay venue of Dublin City Council.
Emer Purcell is a coordinator of the Forum for Medieval and Renaissance Studies in Ireland. Her research interests include Viking history, medieval Dublin, Oxmantown and the Ostmen in medieval Ireland.
