The successful candidate will contribute to an AHRC funded project ‘Independence in the Early Modern World’. You will work with the principal investigator Dr Polly Ha on the completion of a critical edition, entitled Pre-Revolutionary Puritanism, for Oxford University Press. This will include working on the critical apparatus and checking Latin translations, as well as organising an international conference and administering the project website.
You will hold a doctorate in medieval or early modern history and have expertise in early modern palaeography. Knowledge of Latin is essential. This part-time post (50% FTE) is available from 20 October 2014 for a fixed term period to 17 July 2015.
