Departmental Lecturer in Golden Age Spanish,
University of Oxford.
The post is to engage in advanced study and academic research in the area of Golden Age Spanish. This will include giving lectures and tutorials to undergraduate and graduate students, contributing to the teaching, research, and academic administration of the department; and to pursuing/leading an independent research programme. This post is to replace Professor Edwin Williamson who has secured a Leverhulme Major Research Fellowship for two years from 1 October 2015.
Applicants should possess a PhD/DPhil in Spanish with post-qualification teaching and research experience; a strong publication record and near-native fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
